Proizvodi se iz 3 različite berbe. Duga maceracija7 dana, odležavanje u hrastovoj bačvi 6 mjeseci i svježa mlada Malvazija. Nakon sekubndarne fermentacije odležava na kvascima 6 godina.
Servirati ut tartufe, šparoge, bakalarom, losos i bademe.
This sparkling wine is always produced from three different vintages. Each of them has a different production technology – long maceration of at least 7 days oak aging of least 6 month and fresh young Istrian Malvasia. After secondary fermentation it aged on yeast for at least 6 year.
Serve with traditional Istrian truffle, egg, asparagus and cod specialties, as well as steak, salmon and almonds.
