Opis

  Proizveden vrlo brzom hlađenom tehnologijom samo od sorte grožđa Pinot crni. Nakon sekundarne fermentacije odležava na kvascima najmanje 24 mjeseca.

Servirati kao aperitiv, a lijepo se sljubljuje i s slatko – kiselim jelima, morskom ribom, tropskim voćem i mladim sirevima.

  Produced by rapidly cooled process solely from Istrian malvasia grapes. After secondary fermentation it aged on yeasts up to 18 months.

Serve with apperitif, it also goes well with sweet and sour dishes, sea fish, tropical fruits and young cheeses.
